flaremint™ Delivery Guarantee & Refund Policy
At flaremint™, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the terms of our delivery guarantee and refund policy for your peace of mind.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
- For USA Warehouse: Products are guaranteed to be delivered within 21 business days.
- For Products Outside USA: Guaranteed delivery within 35 business days.
Note: These timeframes exclude order processing time, which can take up to 7 business days.
If you do not receive your product within the guaranteed delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund, except under certain circumstances (see below).
📦 Estimated Delivery Time
- General shipping estimates: 15-35 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or natural events.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
A full refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Your order didn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Issues related to custom/print-on-demand products (e.g., custom phone cases, personalized T-shirts) unless there is visible damage upon arrival.
- Most products in the store are non-refundable but exchangable in case of defects.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged for another size or product within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following:
- Defective items: Eligible for exchange at no cost.
- Customer-requested exchanges (e.g., size changes): Handling and shipping fees apply.
- To request an exchange:
- Contact us at flaremint.com@gmail.com within 7 days.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
- The RMA label (with barcode) must be attached to the return item. Returns without an RMA will incur an additional $9 handling fee.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made by 11:59 PM PST on the day the order was placed.
